Very Exciting Upcoming Events

In case you missed the new Events page¹, I have two very exciting upcoming concerts.

First is Guitarfest², which will be Saturday, April 19th, a 2–3 hour concert (with adoration) at Benedictine College³.  From what I know, it's an annual event to honor the memory of two Kansas City seminarians who died in a tragic car accident a few years back.  One of them was a Benedictine grad, and also a songwriter.  He played guitar, and so Guitarfest is always led by a guitar player.  Well, I was supposed to "open" at Guitarfest for Matt Maher, but now he can't make it, so... you can probably guess what happened next.  Erin (my sister) will be singing with me, and my old friend Nic Herdler will be there on drums.  Come on down — everything starts around 7pm.

The very next day we travel across the state to play our next show in St. Louis, for a Pure Fashion show!  It's Sunday, April 20th, at 3pm (doors open at 2pm) at the Sheraton St. Louis City Center.  In case you've never heard of Pure Fashion⁴, they are a faith-based program for young women which promotes modesty and purity through fashion.  I happen to be their web developer (but didn't have anything to do with all that pink).  Anyway, Erin and I will perform 3 or 4 songs at the show.  I think they are tickets still available online⁵.
